RemotePass is hiring a Sales Development Representative - EU to drive growth for our global hiring platform. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building a robust pipeline, and collaborating with our sales and marketing teams in a dynamic, remote setting.
What You'll Do
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and build a robust lead pipeline.
- Engage prospects through email, phone, and social media to generate interest.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and crafting compelling messages to secure meetings.
- Schedule appointments and demos for account executives.
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Participate in training and development to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with prospects.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for sales, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage leads effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
