What You'll Do
In this role, you will initiate and manage outreach to high-potential enterprise accounts using both inbound and outbound strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding the company’s footprint by identifying decision-makers, building relationships, and advancing qualified opportunities to the sales team.
You’ll conduct targeted prospecting through phone, email, and digital campaigns, crafting compelling messaging that resonates with stakeholders. Every interaction is an opportunity to educate prospects about the platform’s value while refining outreach strategies based on feedback and results.
Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with sales and marketing to improve lead handoffs, optimize touchpoints, and contribute to the evolution of sales processes and tools. You’ll also help shape scalable playbooks by sharing insights from real-world engagement.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in sales development or a similar outbound-focused commercial role
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding performance targets in a results-driven environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Strong organizational abilities with a self-directed approach to time and task management
- Ability to operate independently, identify challenges, and develop effective solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth, learning, and adaptability
- Skilled in crafting high-conversion email sequences and managing multi-touch outreach campaigns
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first setting with distributed teams
- Experience building relationships across internal and external teams to improve workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement technologies
- Prior experience in HR technology or fintech industries
- Background working in high-growth startups
- Proven success in remote, distributed work environments
