Illumio is hiring a Sales Development Representative, Enterprise

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting
  • Own territory with account-based prospecting campaigns
  • Map target accounts and engage the right decision-makers
  • Use phone, email, and social channels to connect with prospects
  • Turn prospect interest into pipeline
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and Spanish
  • 1–2 years in sales development, ideally in software or tech
  • Confident engaging anyone — from C-suite to technical teams
  • Skilled at handling objections
  • Experience with value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and qualification
  • Proficient with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
  • Self-driven with ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
  • Holds self to a high standard without needing to be managed
