About the Role
You will play a central role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging high-value prospects in the DACH region, using a mix of outreach methods and strategic account planning to build pipeline and support team success.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and expand sales pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns based on specific accounts
- Identify and analyze key contacts within strategic accounts
- Engage directly with decision-makers to initiate conversations
- Leverage phone, email, and social platforms to build prospect relationships
- Convert initial interest into measurable sales opportunities
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to align efforts

Your Impact
- Drive pipeline growth
- Lead qualification and outbound prospecting are your engines. You'll be a key contributor to Illumio's revenue story in the DACH region.

- Run account-based prospecting campaigns, map target accounts, and get in front of the right decision-makers — your region, your rules.

Your Toolkit

- Languages: Fluent in German and English
- Experience: 1–2 years in sales development, ideally in software or tech
- Growth mindset: Confident engaging anyone — from C-suite to technical teams — and skilled at handling objections
- Sales craft: Value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and qualification
- Tech stack: Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo — you know your tools
- Self-driven: You thrive in fast-moving environments and hold yourself to a high standard without needing to be managed
