As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s market reach by initiating contact with potential clients and building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Your primary focus will be on identifying relevant stakeholders, assessing their needs, and setting up product demonstrations for the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to connect with potential customers.
- Research and pinpoint key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Assess lead suitability based on alignment, budget, and timing to ensure quality handoffs.
- Coordinate and schedule product demos for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate, real-time records in the CRM system and ensure data integrity.
- Review performance metrics regularly and adapt outreach strategies for better results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine tactics and support broader sales objectives.
Requirements
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive to prospect and engage new leads independently.
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and following up persistently.
- Results-oriented with a clear focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic or working knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Prior experience in SaaS or outbound sales environments is beneficial but not required.
