About the Role
The team is hiring its first Sales Development Representative in the APAC region to lead sales initiatives in Australia and New Zealand. The platform supports global IT equipment and service management, including procurement, shipping, security compliance, HR integration, device lifecycle management, and 24/7 IT support—all through a centralized system.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting campaigns using email, phone, and social media channels
- Research and identify potential clients, assessing their business needs and pain points
- Qualify leads by evaluating fit and interest levels for further sales engagement
- Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations with Account Executives for qualified prospects
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation tactics
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline growth
- Keep CRM records accurate, current, and detailed for all prospect interactions
