About the Role

Scout Motors is looking for a Sales Development Representative, Catholic to create a strong first impression and connect with potential clients in the Catholic community. In this role, you will represent the company professionally while identifying and qualifying prospects who can benefit from our services.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and text messages to qualify parishes, dioceses, ministries, and non-profits within the Catholic denomination.
  • Make at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day.
  • Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Use best-in-class software like Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline.
  • Work with a team of like-minded individuals to achieve targets.
  • Follow a required schedule: 6AM-3PM or 7AM-4PM Pacific Time.

What We're Looking For

  • A high school graduate (or holder of an equivalent degree).
  • Sales experience talking over the phone: courteous, well spoken, curious, and skilled at asking questions.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must reside in an approved remote work state: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA.

Nice to Have

  • 1+ years of inside sales experience.
  • BS/BA degree.
  • Experience working with Catholic parishes or dioceses.
  • Working knowledge of the leadership structure within the Catholic church.
  • Knowledge of day-to-day parish and diocesan activities.
  • Working knowledge of parish faith formation programs and sacramental activities.
  • Understanding of parish or diocesan budgets and financials.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Familiarity with an ABM 'go to market' strategy.
  • Positive outlook and resilience with your team and customers.

  • Base compensation: $50k
  • 100% employer-paid premiums for Medical HDHP Plan, Dental, and Vision for employee.
