About the Role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is looking for a Sales Development Representative, Business Services to build a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities for our Field Sales team. This remote role focuses on prospecting and developing new business leads for our Sales Executives.

What You'll Do

  • Research and build cold accounts, adding contacts, sending emails, and cold calling.
  • Qualify prospects via phone and email, identifying key decision makers and business pain points.
  • Meet a monthly quota of Sales Accepted Meetings.
  • Transform Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Opportunities by educating and challenging prospective buyers.
  • Utilize CRM to record activities, route leads, and coordinate the sales process.
  • Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge to support effective sales presentations.
  • Provide exceptional prospect and customer experiences.
  • Share, learn, and collaborate with team members and managers to improve strategies and execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to promptly manage and respond to customer contacts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
