Scale Army is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive bookings for our flagship Christmas event through outbound prospecting. You'll engage with past guests to sell private event packages, with potential to expand into corporate events and retreats. This is a remote role requiring strong English proficiency and comfort with client communication via phone and email.

What You'll Do

Conduct outbound calls and emails to past guests of the Christmas light festival.
Generate leads and qualify prospects to drive bookings for private events.
Process rental orders and close deals via phone and email.
Input customer information into Go High Level CRM and Roller booking platform.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up.
Use Go High Level CRM to track prospects and manage communication.
Utilize AI-powered phone systems to route calls based on customer needs.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in outbound sales or customer service.
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with minimal to no accent.
Comfortable with phone-based communication and email outreach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with older clientele.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
