Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation - crafting strategic outbound outreach to Heads of Talent, VP People, and recruiting agency owners
- Partner closely with AEs, Product, and Marketing to engage prospects
- Help refine our outbound playbook alongside our AEs
- Get in early on a company that’s 10x’d revenue in the last 12 months and has more demand than we can handle
Requirements
- Have 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (SaaS or startup is a plus)
- Are a strong communicator: clear, concise, and persuasive
- Thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led GTM environment
- Love testing new strategies and learning from the data
- Have experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay)
- Are located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-office 5 days a week required)
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to TA / HR personas
- Experience at an early-stage startup or GTM team <5
- Comfortable navigating Product-Led Growth environments (e.g., free sign-ups, trials)
