Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients in the workforce development and non-profit industries.
- Initiate contact with potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Reach out to key stakeholders to present the software platform and communicate its value.
- Assess lead suitability by collecting insights on client objectives, challenges, and requirements related to social services technology.
- Nurture prospects to build interest and advance them through the initial phases of the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads to Account Executives for deeper engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
