Responsibilities

  • Identify and compile targeted lists of potential customers aligned with ideal customer profiles
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule product demonstrations with sales representatives
  • Engage high-priority accounts using a mix of communication methods including email, phone, and social outreach
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of customer data accuracy and completeness
  • Gain proficiency in CRM tools, processes, and standard operating procedures
  • Take part in structured training sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge
