Lola Blankets is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join a well-established, high-performing sales team. You will develop your sales skills and learn about the life science and pharmaceutical industry by converting pre-qualified leads into demonstrations of our SciLeads SaaS platform.
What You'll Do
- Manage your pipeline of pre-qualified companies and convert them to demos for the market-leading SciLeads SaaS platform.
- Speak directly with customers via phone call, email, and LinkedIn to arrange product demonstrations.
- Manage and work within our CRM system.
- Work directly with Sales Managers.
- Be a key part of the sales process and contribute directly to the company's success.
What We're Looking For
- High levels of drive and a strong willingness to learn.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced sales environment with a significant degree of self-reliance.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Nice to Have
- 6+ months' experience working in a sales role.
- An undergraduate degree in a science discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- An entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience working within the Life Science or Pharmaceutical industry.
Team & Environment
You will work directly with Sales Managers as a key part of the sales process.
