Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries for international and enterprise divisions.
  • Generate new leads and opportunities for account executives and sales managers using tools such as LinkedIn, cold calling, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Maintain and update CRM records for leads, opportunities, and accounts during prospecting activities.
  • Analyze target customer profiles, market trends, and common challenges to identify interest in products and services among new businesses.
  • Support marketing-driven lead generation through coordinated outreach using phone, email, and networking strategies.
  • Learn all product offerings thoroughly to effectively communicate use cases and technical details to prospects and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and company events as needed.
  • Complete additional duties aligned with company goals and evolving business requirements.
