Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales inquiries for international and enterprise divisions.
- Generate new leads and opportunities for account executives and sales managers using tools such as LinkedIn, cold calling, and targeted email campaigns.
- Maintain and update CRM records for leads, opportunities, and accounts during prospecting activities.
- Analyze target customer profiles, market trends, and common challenges to identify interest in products and services among new businesses.
- Support marketing-driven lead generation through coordinated outreach using phone, email, and networking strategies.
- Learn all product offerings thoroughly to effectively communicate use cases and technical details to prospects and identify upsell opportunities.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and company events as needed.
- Complete additional duties aligned with company goals and evolving business requirements.
