Clipboard Health is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive growth in our Home Health vertical. This role is a hands-on, high-activity position dedicated to outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
What You'll Do
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each week, targeting hundreds of dials
- Pitch our product to prospective customers through cold outreach
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Handle objections confidently and adapt messaging on the fly
- Track outreach and outcomes accurately in Salesforce
- Work with leadership to refine our messaging to customers based on signals from conversations
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken English and comfort on live calls
- Resilience and consistency in the face of rejection
- Willingness to learn, iterate, and work in an experimental environment
- Reliable internet and a quiet working setup suitable for frequent calls
Nice to Have
- 1–3 years in outbound sales or high-volume calling roles
- Experience selling SaaS or B2B products
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience working remotely or with distributed teams
