Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to incoming leads to assess fit and schedule follow-up conversations with the sales team.
- Design and apply new methods to boost meeting bookings and sustain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Manage both incoming and outgoing lead generation initiatives to broaden sales opportunities.
- Utilize LinkedIn along with sales platforms such as Apollo and Instantly for identifying and contacting prospects.
- Create, experiment with, and deploy tailored email campaigns to guide inbound leads through the sales funnel.
- Craft persuasive and customized email content that encourages prompt responses and engagement.
- Use automation tools like Instantly to enhance outreach efficiency and streamline communication touchpoints.
- Lead outbound prospecting efforts via LinkedIn, cold emailing, and direct outreach.
- Consistently identify and add promising new leads to the sales pipeline.
- Initiate timely follow-ups to maintain lead interest and advance them toward scheduled meetings.
- Manage missed appointments professionally by resolving concerns and arranging new meeting times.
- Keep lead data current and accurate in HubSpot with regular updates.
- Track and report performance using CRM systems and Google Sheets to ensure clear visibility into results.
