Responsibilities
- Drive initial pipeline growth for the employer segment using cold emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-touch campaigns
- Research, identify, and rank target prospects among large self-insured employers, brokers, benefits advisors, and third-party administrators
- Schedule qualified introductory calls and product demonstrations with decision-makers
- Collaborate with account executives on go-to-market approach, messaging alignment, and next steps
- Keep CRM data precise and up to date, including activity logs, pipeline progression, and outreach tracking
- Continuously refine outreach content and sequences to increase response and conversion rates
- Serve as a trusted and personable first point of contact, reflecting the company’s values and professionalism
- Provide insights to leadership on market trends to improve ideal customer profile, messaging, and channel effectiveness
