About the Role

This position is responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. The individual will use phone, email, and social platforms to engage prospects and support revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads based on defined criteria

  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
  • Research target markets and customer segments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings
  • Follow established sales processes and workflows
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions
  • Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely manner
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for sales representatives
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other social tools for prospecting
  • Document call outcomes and next steps accurately
  • Adhere to compliance and data privacy guidelines
  • Participate in performance review cycles
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
  • Escalate technical or complex questions to appropriate team members
  • Contribute to team-based performance goals
  • Use sales scripts and messaging templates effectively
