Harper is hiring a Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients, quickly assessing their needs and determining eligibility for services while maintaining resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming leads, conducting initial conversations to understand business operations and gather essential details for quote generation.
  • Rapidly and accurately assess a business's activities, risk profile, and suitability for coverage, making quick eligibility determinations.
  • Document client information accurately in real time during calls, ensuring clarity and completeness to enable fast and precise quoting.
  • Meet or exceed daily targets for both call volume and data quality, balancing speed with accuracy consistently.
  • Prepare and deliver well-structured handoffs to the sales team, ensuring smooth transitions that support high conversion rates.

Compensation

$85,000–$125,000 DOE + performance bonuses
