Hunt St is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for prospective eCommerce clients. You will drive pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and booking high-quality meetings for our Business Development Managers.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
- Schedule meetings and demos for BDMs with decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of lead activity in the CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and targeting strategies
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly meeting-setting targets
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role
- Must be based in Cebu, Philippines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B or SaaS sales
- Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Outreach)
Team & Environment
You will work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive the sales process forward.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $1200 - $1800 AUD
