Hunt St was looking for a Sales Development Representative (003 - 00283)

Hunt St is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for prospective eCommerce clients. You will drive pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and booking high-quality meetings for our Business Development Managers.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Schedule meetings and demos for BDMs with decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and targeting strategies
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly meeting-setting targets

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role
  • Must be based in Cebu, Philippines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Outreach)

Team & Environment

You will work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive the sales process forward.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $1200 - $1800 AUD
