About the Role

The Sales Development Manager will oversee the sales development team, focusing on generating leads and converting prospects to drive enrollment growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales development team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads.
  • Convert prospects into enrolled students.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize performance.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills.
  • Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds enrollment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future enrollment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
  • Provide feedback and support to team members for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and learn.
  • Develop and implement sales development plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Provide input on sales training programs and materials.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to ethical and professional standards.
