About the Role

Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Sales Development & Lead Generation Specialist. This is a digital-first 'Hunter' role designed to act as the architectural backbone of the sales funnel. You will utilize digital tools, public data, and market research to identify high-value commercial projects and deliver warm, qualified leads to the senior outside sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor public commercial sites like construction bid boards and permit filings to identify new developments early.
  • Navigate LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-specific platforms to identify key decision-makers.
  • Convert 'cold' data into 'warm' leads through strategic outreach, personalized messaging, and initial discovery calls.
  • Utilize CoreBridge to enter leads, track touchpoints, and manage the hand-off process to the outside sales team.
  • Identify growing sectors, such as new medical facilities or EV charging station rollouts, to position services early.
  • Generate and maintain highly targeted prospecting lists based on geographic and vertical market research.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in lead generation or sales development specifically within the Sign Industry.
  • Sales driven with hunger for growth and self-motivation.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook Business Suite, and Google-based research.
  • Willingness to become a power user of CoreBridge or similar shop management software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable 'opening the door' via email or phone.
  • A 'Detective' mindset: enjoys the hunt and knows how to find hidden information like a CEO's name or project manager details.
  • Must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country.
  • Your resume must be submitted in English.

You will have a clear impact as the engine that feeds the production team. You will be responsible for researching and handing off warm leads to the senior outside sales team.
