Responsibilities
- Monitor public commercial sites (construction bids, planning board meetings, and permit filings) to identify new developments before the 'ground is broken.'
- Diligently navigate LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-specific platforms to identify key decision-makers (Property Managers, Developers, Architects, and General Contractors).
- Convert 'cold' data into 'warm' leads through strategic outreach, personalized messaging, and initial discovery calls.
- Utilize CoreBridge to enter leads, track touchpoints, and manage the hand-off process to the outside sales team.
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying growing sectors (e.g., new medical facilities, retail rebrands, or EV charging station rollouts) to position our services early.
- Generate and maintain highly targeted prospecting lists based on geographic and vertical market research.
Requirements
- 2+ years in lead generation or sales development in the Sign Industry
- Sales Driven: Show hunger for growth and are self-motivated.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook Business Suite, and Google-based research.
- Systems Oriented: Willingness to become a power user of CoreBridge (or similar shop management software).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable 'opening the door' via email or phone.
- The 'Detective' Mindset: Enjoy the hunt; know how to find a CEO’s name when it’s not listed and how to track down the project manager for a new shopping center.
