Haus Analytics is hiring a Sales Development Lead to stand up and scale the sales development function from zero to one. This is a builder role for someone who loves establishing new functions, testing hypotheses quickly, and making things work with limited structure, with a primary focus on generating pipeline at scale.
What You'll Do
- Build the sales development motion at Haus: playbooks, tooling, KPIs, and ownership, with a goal of defining and proving a scalable model.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to align on ICP, TAM, and inbound and outbound sales strategies.
- Design and execute outbound campaigns informed by product usage data, partner activity, and market signals.
- Stand up reporting infrastructure to track performance and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to report on and optimize conversion from lead to meeting to opportunity.
- Explore and scale high-leverage programs like channel partnerships, ecosystem referrals, and co-marketing.
- Own the numbers: pipeline sourced, outbound velocity, and conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
- 6–10+ years of experience in sales development, partnerships, or GTM ops.
- 2+ years in a leadership or people management role.
- Hands-on experience leveraging GTM AI tools and workflows (e.g., Clay).
- Deep understanding of how pipeline gets built at high-growth SaaS companies.
- Operational mindset: systems thinker, KPI-driven, highly structured.
- Proven ability to build and scale a function from zero to one.
- Strong communicator who can rally stakeholders across sales, product, and marketing.
Nice to Have
- Experience in or around the eCommerce or retail space.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships teams, reporting to GTM leadership. You will be part of a small team with a big impact on overall company success, in a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive environment alongside talented individuals from leading tech companies.
Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive salary and startup equity.
- Top-of-the-line health, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) plan.
- Tools and resources provided (new laptop, equipment).
- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
- Work alongside a talented team from leading tech companies in a supportive and inclusive environment.
