Responsibilities
- Pursue and follow up on sales leads by engaging both current and potential clients of strategic value.
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Handle complex customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery terms within authority limits, and finalize sales to meet revenue goals.
- Research, identify, and reach out to prospective clients to cultivate relationships that support future and repeat sales.
- Share sales leads, customer insights, and competitor intelligence with relevant internal teams to inform strategy.
- Create and manage long-term sales strategies for key accounts, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve objectives.
- Set and manage annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans, organizing personal workflow to meet targets.
- Guide and support junior sales team members to help them meet their performance goals.
- Suggest additional company offerings to clients, emphasizing benefits and using internal tools to strengthen proposals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of targeted outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep Salesforce.com updated as the primary system of record.
- Carry out additional duties and contribute to special projects as directed.
