Lago is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead our outbound sales and business development efforts. You will be at the frontline of customer engagement, guiding both high-profile B2C creators and a growing B2B market. The role involves high-volume outreach, building trust, and walking customers through the sales process.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Nurture inbound and outbound leads by providing excellent customer support and guidance.
- Walk customers through the sales process with patience and professionalism.
- Build relationships with both high-profile B2C clients and B2B organizations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work collaboratively with the team, sharing learnings to foster growth and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)—must be clear, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Proven persistence and diligence in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and structured follow-ups.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and 'hand-hold' customers through the process.
- Positive, self-motivated, and resilient attitude.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly.
