- Translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations
- Support the integration of data from multiple sources
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Assist in forecasting sales outcomes based on historical trends
- Evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns
- Provide insights to improve customer segmentation
- Work with CRM platforms to extract and interpret data
- Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Create dashboards for real-time sales monitoring
- Assist in defining metrics for sales success
- Conduct regular reviews of data workflows
- Ensure compliance with data handling standards
- Support A/B testing initiatives for sales messaging
- Help align sales strategies with market data
- Document data analysis methodologies and findings
- Train team members on data interpretation basics
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from sales leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales operations or data analysis
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to interpret large datasets and draw conclusions
- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages
- Solid understanding of sales cycles and lead management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
- Experience creating dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
- Background in B2B sales environments preferred
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with practical approach
- Comfortable presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders
