About the Role

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users
- Guide clients through product features and best practices
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities during support interactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input
- Assist in onboarding new customers to the platform
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and support resolution
- Support sales outreach to potential clients in target markets
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations
- Handle subscription management and billing inquiries
- Escalate technical problems when necessary
- Monitor service performance and report issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product updates
- Work within CRM systems to track customer data
- Assist with localization and language-specific support needs
- Coordinate with regional partners when required
- Follow company protocols for data security and privacy
- Meet performance metrics for response time and resolution
- Participate in training sessions for product and process updates
- Contribute to documentation for customer-facing resources
- Support marketing initiatives with customer insights
- Handle after-hours support on a rotating schedule
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations in customer communications
