About the Role

The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven proposals that meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and goals
  • Present customized solutions that align with client requirements
  • Manage all stages of the sales process from lead to close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate proposals
  • Track interactions and progress using CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Provide feedback from clients to inform product or service improvements
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow up consistently
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts
  • Support marketing initiatives with client insights
  • Attend industry events and networking functions
  • Develop understanding of technical aspects of offered solutions
  • Work with legal and finance teams on contract reviews
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary for resolution
  • Deliver post-sale support during handoff to service teams
  • Monitor client satisfaction after deal closure
  • Contribute to team strategy discussions and planning
  • Adapt communication style to suit different client personalities

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-based commissions
