DEX Imaging is hiring a Sales Canvasser to provide essential administrative and logistical support to our sales department. In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison for clients, driving leads through the pipeline and ensuring smooth daily operations for the team.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospects and customers.
- Telephone prospects to identify, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
- Compile lists of prospective customers using various sources like business directories, trade shows, and online resources.
- Handle marketing logistics, including preparing quotes, pricing, credit terms, and sales contracts.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers, or conduct calls by phone.
- Prepare reports on business transactions and track invoices and expenses against budget.
- Investigate and resolve customer delivery problems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts.
- Coordinate customer training.
- Complete additional tasks and assignments as requested by the Regional Sales Director.
What We're Looking For
- A perceptive individual who can relate to people at all levels and is sensitive to corporate needs and public image.
- Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Order processing systems, and Contact Management systems.
- Willingness to travel locally during the business day, with occasional out-of-area travel possible.
