MWEB (Pty) Ltd is hiring a Sales Call Centre Agent for a fully remote, commission-only fixed-term contract. You will be essential for acquiring new customers and up-selling existing ones to MWEB's core products, driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Present, promote and sell MWEB's products and services.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for potential and existing customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze territory/market potential and track sales and status reports.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Matric Grade 12.
- A clear criminal record.
- 2-year sales experience (mandatory).
- Basic computer literacy.
- Proven inbound and/or outbound and cold calling sales track record.
- Ability to close a sale.
Nice to Have
- ISP experience.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Sales Team Manager.
