TensorOps is hiring an Account Manager to build and maintain key relationships with used car dealers across North London, Milton Keynes, and Luton. In this role, you will drive business development and account management, focusing on face-to-face meetings and negotiations to deliver competitive finance solutions and achieve personal and company targets.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain relationships with introducing used car dealers.
- Attend face-to-face appointments and conduct telephone or email negotiations to offer competitive finance terms.
- Focus on business development to create quality used car dealer relationships within your geographical area.
- Manage existing used car dealers to ensure they meet their sales and efficiency targets.
- Offer excellent customer service and act as an active team player.
- Achieve business targets and personal objectives.
- Attend one-to-one and team meetings in office locations, including Cardiff and Blackpool.

- Ability to present to motor dealers of all sizes and types.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in motor finance or associated businesses within the motor industry.
- A good understanding of the digital marketplace within the motor finance industry.
- An understanding of the regulatory environment within the motor industry.
Team & Environment
You will be working with a team of likeminded individuals who come together to achieve common goals, reporting to the Sales Manager and Sales Director.

Work Mode
This is a local, city-based role requiring travel and face-to-face appointments across North London, Milton Keynes, and Luton.
