Whizz is hiring a Recruitment and HR Specialist to attract, hire, and retain talent while fostering a positive work environment for our globally remote team. In this full-time role, you’ll support our mission to revolutionize the transportation industry for delivery drivers and democratize access to mobility solutions.

What You'll Do

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates via various platforms, creating tailored job descriptions, and conducting interviews.
Communicate effectively with hiring managers and provide prompt feedback on recruitment processes.
Moderate the company newsletter Telegram chats.
Conduct one-on-one sessions with remote team members to address their needs and concerns.
Organize and conduct team-building activities for the remote team.
Plan and manage events, and conduct research at the manager's request.
Resolve conflicts and issues between colleagues and managers/subordinates.

What We're Looking For

Fluent verbal and written English skills.
Availability to work within the EST time zone.
At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct thorough research and identify potential candidates from various sources.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in moderating communication channels and organizing team-building activities.
