Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Sales & Business Development Leader to lead sales efforts driving the adoption of innovative mental health care solutions within health plans across the United States. In this remote role, you will identify and engage key decision makers, articulate clinical and financial benefits, and close strategic deals.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify prospective health plans and key decision makers to generate and qualify leads.
- Build relationships through networking, cold calling, and strategic marketing campaigns.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to present mental health care solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop and communicate compelling clinical and financial value propositions, addressing stakeholder concerns.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams including licensing, billing, operations, and legal to ensure smooth contracting and onboarding.
- Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
Nice to Have
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of success in sales, ideally with virtual or digital health solutions.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health concepts and mental health treatment modalities.
Technical Stack
- CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Virtual communication platforms.
