Responsibilities
- Showcase comprehensive understanding of the company's products, core values, and brand narrative, consistently representing the brand with professionalism and energy.
- Connect with customers using a personalized, consultative method by guiding product choices, sharing detailed features, and ensuring a smooth purchasing process.
- Accurately manage all customer transactions such as purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring high satisfaction.
- Keep the sales area neat, orderly, and visually attractive through strategic product display, folding, hanging, and inventory restocking.
- Carry out daily store tasks including opening and closing routines, stockroom management, and maintenance duties, always focusing on customer needs.
- Remain informed about current in-store and online promotions, special events, and new product releases to deliver accurate and timely updates to customers.
- Assist in planning and running in-store events that align with brand standards and visual expectations.
- Collaborate toward meeting store sales targets and foster a cooperative, upbeat team culture.
- Adhere to all company policies, operational protocols, and safety requirements.
- Actively grow the customer network through intentional relationship-building, local outreach, and follow-up communication.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Mizzen+Main’s products, values, and brand story, and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
- Engage customers with a personalized, consultative sales approach — assisting with product selection, providing detailed product information, and creating a seamless checkout experience.
- Process all customer transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor through effective and visual merchandising, folding, hanging, and replenishment of inventory.
- Execute store operations including opening/closing procedures, stockroom organization and replenishment, and daily upkeep tasks, while always prioritizing customer service.
- Stay up to date on in-store and online promotions, events, and new product launches to provide customers with timely and relevant information.
- Support and help execute in-store events in alignment with brand expectations and presentation standards.
- Actively participate in achieving store sales goals and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including operational and safety guidelines.
- Proactively build and expand the customer base through strategic networking, community outreach, and consistent client follow-up.
