Reformation is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate for our Boston location. In this role, you will focus on building lasting customer relationships and driving sales within our mission-driven, sustainable fashion retail environment. You'll be essential in delivering an elevated client experience and supporting our store's daily operations.

What You'll Do

Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Assist in clientele generation through proactive customer engagement.
Contribute to an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.
Foster a culture of excellent client experience with a customer-first mindset to build long-term, loyal relationships.
Act as a brand ambassador by embodying our values and educating customers on our sustainability stories.
Maintain high customer experience feedback scores through service evaluations like NPS.
Understand the need for consistent inventory accuracy and controls.
Contribute to loss prevention efforts across all business areas.
Uphold time and attendance policies.
Ensure the selling floor reflects our brand and concept standards at all times.
Share deep product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm.
Communicate customer product feedback to help improve our merchandise.
Help ensure the store environment is inspiring and product is easily accessible.
Understand and reflect Reformation's core values and culture in all efforts.
Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For

Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including weekends.
Able to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require).

Nice to Have

This role reports directly to the Store Manager.
