We are hiring a Sales Associate for our North Region (MA, CT, NY, PA, DC) who will serve as the primary connection to healthcare professionals relying on our products. As a Rental Sales Associate, you will support territory sales activities to drive rental revenue and provide essential product in-service training for our Patient Support Systems portfolio within hospital settings.
What You'll Do
- Work directly alongside the sales team and customers, communicating with internal collaborators to ensure customer happiness.
- Participate in delivery and implementation planning activities, including customer meetings, conference calls, and WebEx training.
- Apply Salesforce to help drive new sales opportunities and maintain existing business.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas assigned by the corporation.
- Lead generation, conduct negotiations, and finalize sales.
- Provide product in-service training for the Patient Support Systems Capital and Rental portfolio (including Smartbeds, surfaces, bariatric, Air Fluidized Therapy, and other medical devices) in a hospital setting.
- Act as a liaison between the team and customers, ensuring educational programs meet corporate and customer goals.
What We're Looking For
- A High School diploma.
- The ability to travel 75% of the time, which may include weekends.
- Outstanding communication and public speaking skills.
- A high level of motivation, drive, curiosity, resilience, dedication, and integrity.
- The ability to implement strategy plans and bring tasks to completion.
- Effective time management skills.
- Strong skills within the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Nice to Have
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous sales experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.

- Annual salary range: $60,000 - $65,000.
