Responsibilities
- Complete training and observation to master established sales processes
- Develop skills in prospecting and cold calling to generate new business
- Observe experienced sales representatives, including travel as needed
- Support senior team members with sourcing, securing, and managing client accounts
- Participate in internal and external sales meetings
- Nurture and maintain relationships with current clients
- Create and manage a personalized sales pipeline for post-training placement
- Engage in continuous learning through sales and marketing resources
- Carry out additional assigned tasks and contribute to special initiatives
