M&C Drugstore is looking for a Sales Assistant/Cashier to be the welcoming face of our store. You will provide excellent service to customers while efficiently handling sales transactions and supporting daily store operations.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude
- Follow all store policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Five CSEC passes at General Level inclusive of English Language
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
