SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union is hiring a Teller (Member Service Representative I) to provide exceptional service to our members. In this role, you will accurately complete transactions, provide account information, and offer consultative guidance on our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Accurately complete transactions and provide account information to members
- Follow cash control guidelines to safeguard credit union and member assets
- Deliver high-quality, face-to-face service for member account assistance
- Provide consultative services regarding credit union products and services or refer members to the appropriate team member
- Process member transactions efficiently and accurately
- Contribute to departmental goals by processing a high volume of work with a sense of urgency
- Comply with all regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements, including BSA regulations specific to the role
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 1 year of previous related experience
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $22.00 - $31.90 per hour
