Lead the expansion of a premium clean beauty brand throughout the Texas region by empowering retail teams and elevating in-store experiences. As the Sales, Artistry & Education Executive based in Dallas, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping brand presence through hands-on training, strategic execution, and artist leadership.
What You'll Do
- Train retail staff on product knowledge, ingredient integrity, and application techniques to enhance customer engagement
- Guide and grow a network of freelance artists, fostering accountability and performance
- Act as the primary connection between brand and retail partners, including store and regional leadership
- Monitor sales data and artist performance to assess impact and refine field strategies
- Plan and oversee in-store events to boost visibility and drive traffic in key retail locations
- Ensure brand standards are maintained at all points of sale, including displays and product testers
- Visit stores regularly, especially during peak hours, to support teams and address operational needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to align field efforts with broader business goals
- Negotiate opportunities that increase brand exposure and market share
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in cosmetics sales, account management, or a related field
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage freelance teams in a retail environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort speaking to groups
- Experience working with major beauty retailers such as Sephora or ULTA
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Texas region
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, and Asana for reporting and project tracking
- Experience with Omni systems is a plus
