Kellanova is hiring a Sales Analyst to provide analytical and administrative support as a pivotal link between the company and its customer, Woolworths. This New Zealand-based role focuses on ensuring accurate replenishment, optimizing service levels, and meeting joint business KPIs through data analysis, performance tracking, and forecasting.
What You'll Do
- Process VRP (vendor replenishment) orders and work directly with the customer buying team to ensure appropriate national stock levels.
- Identify opportunities for improved customer service, reduction of 'out of stocks', and manage inventory and forecast accuracy.
- Support the National Business Manager to implement and execute promotional programs.
- Collate data and insights for weekly sales calls, monthly meetings, and range reviews.
- Update and review weekly promotional performance, identify trends, and make recommendations.
- Work with the National Business Manager to create timely information for the National Field Sales team.
What We're Looking For
- Recent tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related field.
- Highly analytical with a passion for working with numbers to draw meaningful insights.
- Self-motivated, inquisitive, with a strong desire to succeed and high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience with knowledge of formulas and V-Look Up.

You will be part of the New Zealand team, working closely with the National Business Manager and the National Field Sales team.
