What You'll Do
Translate business objectives into effective IT-driven strategies that deliver measurable and lasting value. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape project roadmaps, secure approvals, and oversee execution from concept to completion.
Lead regular check-ins with internal teams to track progress, clarify expectations, and resolve obstacles. Maintain accurate records of timelines, cost estimates, and project outcomes, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the lifecycle.
Oversee the development and testing of digital solutions, verifying alignment with requirements and standards. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending practical optimizations.
Stay current with internal business functions, technology landscapes, and industry shifts. Manage requests for system upgrades and support, while proactively suggesting software enhancements to strengthen digital operations.
Configure platforms according to vendor and internal compliance guidelines. Develop training materials and lead sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and workflows.
Requirements
Hold a Certificate of Higher Education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Demonstrate fluency in both English and Romanian, spoken and written.
Apply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to complex challenges. Precision and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to organize, plan, and make sound decisions under shifting priorities.
Collaborate effectively across teams, influencing outcomes through negotiation and teamwork. Operate independently while contributing as part of a distributed global workforce, balancing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Agile methodologies enhances your suitability for this role. Experience with Salesforce.com—particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud—is advantageous. Proficiency in SQL and an interest in AI applications, including practical experience, are considered strong assets.
