alao AG is looking for a Sales Agent - Telesales Outbound to drive sales through phone acquisition, upselling, and customer retention. You'll join our team in a hybrid work model, combining a strong sales focus with a commitment to high customer satisfaction and no hard-sales tactics.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound telephone sales acquisition.
  • Generate additional sales through upselling and cross-selling with a strong customer focus.
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction with no hard-sales tactics.
  • Advise customers on alao products and services to generate added value.
  • Handle written and telephone customer contacts (inbound and outbound) in the backoffice.
  • Develop and implement your own campaign ideas.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in (tele)sales OR a career changer with proven sales talent.
  • High degree of sales motivation with a professional demeanor.
  • Humor, charm, and persuasiveness.
  • Independent way of working with above-average commitment.
  • Extensive experience in direct written and telephone customer contact.
  • German or Swiss German as a native language.
  • Very good English proficiency.
  • High customer and service orientation.
  • Proficient use of modern IT applications, good application of MS Excel & Word, and quick comprehension when dealing with new software tools like CRM systems.
  • Funny and positive team player.

Nice to Have

  • 2+ years experience in TelCo, eCommerce, Marketplaces, Insurance, or Subscriptions is advantageous.
  • French language skills are advantageous.
