Neo Group is seeking a Sales Agent fluent in Kazakh to join and energize our Call Center Team. You will connect with potential customers to introduce our innovative products and services, understand their unique needs, close deals, and build long-lasting, productive relationships.

What You'll Do

Connect with potential customers through phone, email, or chat to introduce and explain products and services.
Understand customer needs and preferences to create personalized solutions.
Close deals by providing accurate information and pricing to meet sales targets.
Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Collaborate with team members to achieve team sales goals.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.

What We're Looking For

Fluent in Russian, Kazakh, and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections.
