Produbanco is hiring a Sales Advisor to manage client relationships within the personal segment. You will be responsible for meeting commercial expectations and addressing client needs within defined policies and standards. Your focus will be on achieving objectives, ensuring service quality, and effectively managing CRM campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Execute commercial and service management based on established budgets.
- Manage the complete CRM cycle assigned to your role: campaigns, contactability (personal or phone), opportunities, and efficiency.
- Attend to internal and external client requests through various service channels (phone, email, in-person).
- Review and manage new accounts and pending approvals.
- Handle portfolio recovery requests.
- Train and advise clients on the use of digital channels, and support enrollment.
- Promote and manage the migration of transactions to alternative channels, available in-branch and remotely.
- Receive documents requested from clients to handle claims and requirements submitted via Kiosk or presented at branches.
- Guarantee adequate client service in-branch and compliance with established protocols.
- Ensure universal service in the business, seeking common objectives by working collaboratively with the SME and Digital segments.
- Fulfill functions and responsibilities described in articles 8, 13, 14, and 15 of the Internal Security and Health Regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Tercer Nivel / Licenciatura in ADMINISTRACION or BANCA Y FINANZAS.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial areas or customer service.

- Knowledge in Economía, Comercial, or Marketing.
