Responsibilities
- Manage CRM and SAP functions including order processing, SKU updates, and territory adjustments to support sales operations
- Accurately validate and finalize sales transactions, identifying and correcting system discrepancies promptly
- Produce and distribute sales performance reports covering volume, revenue, and budget versus actual comparisons
- Calculate quarterly and annual sales incentives with precision and coordinate with payroll for disbursement
- Support commercial leadership in processing vendor invoices and organizing logistics activities
- Conduct testing of new sales software prior to deployment and perform unit-level audits to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date applicator and vendor records, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and timely gift distribution
