Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact and trusted advisor for key insurance clients throughout Germany.
- Discover and assess new business opportunities within current accounts to support expansion through cross-selling, upselling, and deeper market reach.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for data and software solutions, from identifying prospects to finalizing agreements.
- Develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline using professional networks, digital tools, and account intelligence.
- Apply proven sales frameworks to guide solution-based selling and meet revenue goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory changes to shape account strategies.
- Represent client feedback internally to help refine and enhance product offerings.
- Ensure precise and up-to-date recording of all sales efforts, forecasts, and client communications in CRM platforms.
- Align sales strategies with operational execution by working closely with marketing, consulting, and delivery units.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer gatherings to strengthen brand visibility and connections.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients in Insurance across Germany
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing accounts, developing tailored strategies for account growth (cross-selling, upselling, deeper market penetration)
- Lead the complete sales process for Experian’s data and software solutions from opportunity identification and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by leveraging your network, digital tools, and account insights
- Apply established sales methodologies to manage the deal cycle, ensure consultative solution selling, and achieve revenue targets
- Proactively monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform account strategy and anticipate client needs
- Advocate for clients internally, communicating feedback and market insights to support innovation and continuous improvement of Experian’s offerings
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems
- Support the alignment of strategic and operational sales initiatives, collaborating closely with marketing, consulting, and delivery teams
- Represent Experian at industry events, trade fairs, and customer forums, enhancing brand presence and expanding your professional network
- Contribute ideas for ongoing innovation and the further development of industry-specific solutions
- Co-organize marketing activities and customer events to drive engagement and brand loyalty
