Practicebetter is hiring a Sales Account Executive to be the engine of our company growth by expanding the Rewards Network brand within a defined geographic territory. This is a 100% remote field sales opportunity that requires you to live locally in Westchester County, NY.
What You'll Do
- Source new clients through cold calling (door knocks) and social media prospecting to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects throughout your assigned geography, setting up in-person meetings with decision makers to move the sales process forward.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, building relationships through consistent interaction.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives for cold calls, appointments, presentations, and closed deals.
- Collaborate with account managers and internal revenue operations to ensure individual and company goals are met.
- Manage all sales activity and follow-up in the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- Live LOCAL to Westchester County, NY.
- Capability for 25-30 door pulls daily with a structured methodology for acquiring new business, territory planning, and pipeline management.
- 4+ years of proven success in outside sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented environment.
- Proven experience growing new business with a hunter mentality; persistent and self-motivated to drive business in a remote outside sales environment.
- Strong financial acumen and confidence discussing fees, acceptance, and finances.
- Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills, including the confidence to interact and lead presentations with prospective clients.
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
