Rewards Network is hiring a Sales Account Executive to drive company growth by acquiring new restaurant customers in your territory. This is a 100% remote field sales role requiring local residence in San Antonio, TX.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales (25+ daily), and additional outreach.
- Develop and grow a robust pipeline, scheduling in-person meetings with decision-makers.
- Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals for calls, meetings, presentations, and closed deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams like account managers and revenue operations.
- Maintain comprehensive sales records and follow-up activity in Salesforce CRM.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of proven success in outside sales.
- Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development.
- Strong financial acumen to discuss fees, acceptance, and financials with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Familiarity with MS Office/Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience with high volume sales in financial services, marketing, restaurant, or related industry.
