About the Role

Rewards Network is hiring a Sales Account Executive to drive company growth by acquiring new restaurant customers in your territory. This is a 100% remote field sales role requiring local residence in San Antonio, TX.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales (25+ daily), and additional outreach.
  • Develop and grow a robust pipeline, scheduling in-person meetings with decision-makers.
  • Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals for calls, meetings, presentations, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like account managers and revenue operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive sales records and follow-up activity in Salesforce CRM.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of proven success in outside sales.
  • Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development.
  • Strong financial acumen to discuss fees, acceptance, and financials with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with MS Office/Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with high volume sales in financial services, marketing, restaurant, or related industry.
