Rewards Network is hiring a Sales Account Executive to fuel company growth by acquiring new restaurant customers in your territory. In this outside sales role, you will be responsible for prospecting, building a pipeline, and closing deals through cold calling and in-person meetings.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales (25+ daily), and additional outreach to meet sales quotas.
- Develop and grow a robust pipeline, scheduling in-person meetings with decision-makers and advancing sales.
- Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers, ensuring high engagement and awareness of new products.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, including cold calls, in-person meetings, presentations, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as account managers and revenue operations, to ensure individual and company goals are met.
- Maintain comprehensive sales records and follow-up activity in CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of proven success in outside sales.
- Prospector mentality with persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development in field sales.
- Strong financial acumen to confidently discuss fees, acceptance, and financials with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with aptitude to present to prospective customers and influence meetings.
- Experience using CRM systems and familiarity with MS Office/Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience with high volume sales in financial services, marketing, restaurant, or related industry.
