About the Role

Rewards Network is hiring a Sales Account Executive to fuel company growth by acquiring new restaurant customers in your territory. In this outside sales role, you will be responsible for prospecting, building a pipeline, and closing deals through cold calling and in-person meetings.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales (25+ daily), and additional outreach to meet sales quotas.
  • Develop and grow a robust pipeline, scheduling in-person meetings with decision-makers and advancing sales.
  • Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers, ensuring high engagement and awareness of new products.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, including cold calls, in-person meetings, presentations, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as account managers and revenue operations, to ensure individual and company goals are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive sales records and follow-up activity in CRM system.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of proven success in outside sales.
  • Prospector mentality with persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development in field sales.
  • Strong financial acumen to confidently discuss fees, acceptance, and financials with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with aptitude to present to prospective customers and influence meetings.
  • Experience using CRM systems and familiarity with MS Office/Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with high volume sales in financial services, marketing, restaurant, or related industry.
